We are happy to announce a change in our company structure that opens great opportunities for our future. Our founder, Victor Thamburaj, decided to retreat from the operative leadership and hand over the company into a new greater structure. By thus, we have become a part of the Thomas Preuhs Holding (https://www.preuhs-holding.de/) respectively their daughter company ezee Energy (https://ezee-energy.de/) . 

The group is centred in the greater Stuttgart area in Germany and has a strong focus on renewable energies. ezee Energy operates as an innovative wholesaler, mostly selling PV systems, heat pumps, Sector-Coupling Solutions. Unlike other wholesale companies, they offer a large variety of services for their customers, including plant monitoring, designing & strengthening the whole eco system with new technologies & innovations; which we have been executing & supporting for them already. In the future, we shall contribute more for their service and support as well as for their planning and IT development for the Renewable Energy Segment.

We are looking forward to our future in the family of the Thomas Preuhs Holding. The group has impressed us with their entrepreneurial spirit, their ideals, and their company culture. We fit together well and are entering a way with many open new paths for both. Simultaneously, there is a change in our management. Rahul Sharma whom most of our customers know as our Director (Sales & Services) takes over now as CEO & Managing Director and will be looking forward to begin the new Era of iPLON India with strong support from team of other 4 directors and 60 highly passionate & skilled engineers into Renewable Energy Domain as Power System, IT & OT specialists and as well as Web & Embedded developers. Victor Thamburaj retreats from daily business but will still assist us further with his great experience as well-wisher & advisor for iPLON !
