Project Engineering/ Technical Support Team Lead
Industry: Renewable Energy – Solar PV, Wind, and Hybrid Power Plants
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineering & Technical Support Team Lead to oversee the engineering, execution, and support of SCADA projects for Solar PV, Wind, and Hybrid Power Plants. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of electrical networks (inverters, WTG, transformers, and grid conditions) and communication networks (I/O devices, network switches, data loggers/PLC devices, FO & RS485 cables, and IP devices). Proficiency in interpreting single-line diagrams (SLD) and plant architecture is essential. This role requires a hands-on approach to project execution, team leadership, and technical troubleshooting to ensure smooth delivery and support of SCADA systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in SCADA systems and renewable energy plant operations (utility-scale PV, Wind, Hybrid).
• Expertise in electrical engineering concepts, including SLD interpretation and communication network design.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments, with basic programming skills (C/C++, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with industrial automation protocols (Modbus, OPCUA, MQTT) and networking devices.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, data loggers, routers, firewalls, and antivirus configurations.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting SCADA system issues.
• Proven experience in project execution, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
