He leads iPLON India’s mission to deliver smart, grid‑compliant, and future‑ready renewable energy solutions.

An Electrical Engineer with 15+ years of expertise in decentralized power generation, power control, and energy management, Rahul brings strong technical depth and strategic vision.

He joined iPLON in 2018 as Director – Sales & Services and was appointed CEO in 2024.

Since then, he has driven growth across India and international markets, forged key partnerships, and scaled operations to new milestones.

Under his leadership, iPLON integrates German precision with Indian innovation, advancing “Make in India” and “Developed in India” for a cleaner energy future.

Kamaleswaran

Director - EMS Application & Solution Development With 9 years in renewable energy and a Master’s in Renewable Energy, he brings expertise in Embedded Systems, IoT, Cloud, and SCADA/PPC solutions. He is currently driving Digital Twin integration for real-time optimization and smarter plant operations.

Jyostna Gangadharan

Director - Accounts & Finance With 6+ years in renewable energy, she blends technical and financial expertise as an Electrical Engineer with a Master’s in Power Electronics & Drives. She drives finance, O&M, and sustainability initiatives to support iPLON India’s growth.

Vignesh J M

Director - Project Engineering, Delivery & Execution Over a decade in renewable energy, leading Project, Engineering, and Execution. Specializes in IoT & PLC-based power plant control solutions for Solar, Hybrid, and Microgrid projects. Certified Energy Manager (20th National Exam, 2019).
